2 – What Gumroad and www.emmeranrichard.fr Use this Data For.

We will only ever use your Data for these purposes:

– To enable us to support the software products or font licensing that you have purchased, post-sale.
– To keep you up-to-date on our website’s EULAs and our Privacy Policy.

3 – Ways to Review and Edit your Data.

You may change any of your Personal Data in your account by editing your profile within your account or by sending an e-mail to Gumroad at support@gumroad.com. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by us, but please note that we may be required to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your Personal Data from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law.

www.emmeranrichard.fr will never store your financial information. Our payments are processed by Gumroad with card payment or PayPal. PayPal will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services that they provide to us.
